We host informative seminars to educate individuals about various real estate processes and to cultivate leads. Our meticulous process ensures that the implementation and marketing of these seminars effectively target the right potential clients, resulting in significant exposure for our real estate company.

HOME SELLING & HOME BUYING WORKSHOPS

We organized an insightful home buying and selling workshop, offering valuable tips for navigating the current market. Here's how we -prepared for and promoted these workshops:

Created a Google Form for people to sign up for the workshops. They provided their contact information to us so that we could reach out to them later on.

Brainstormed and created 2 separate presentations (one for buying and one for selling).

Posted about the workshops on all of our social media platforms everyday for 2 weeks. Created an "event" on Facebook to make it seem more professional.

Set up a zoom link so individuals could attend online if they were not able to attend in-person.

INVESTMENT SEMINAR/HAPPY HOUR

We orchestrated an engaging investment seminar/happy hour, providing attendees with valuable insights into initiating equity growth through investment properties. Our session covered key aspects such as property selection criteria and effective management strategies. Here is how we prepared for and promoted this seminar:

Created a Google Form for people to sign up for the seminar. They provided their contact information to us so that we could reach out to them later on.

Created a worksheet that also become the slideshow presentation and set up a zoom link for virtual attendees.

Posted about the seminar on all of our social media platforms everyday for 2 weeks. Created an "event" on Facebook to make it seem more professional.

Created a survey for people to fill out after the seminar. We also had a promotion:  first person to buy an investment property with us would receive 3 months of property management services for free!
