OPEN HOUSES

We regularly host open houses, not only to showcase homes but also to forge meaningful connections with potential buyers, establishing a foundation for them to consider working with our real estate team.

Directionals

In preparation for our open houses, we strategically place directional signs featuring the date and time around the neighborhood, ensuring visibility and awareness. These signs are positioned a few days in advance, providing ample opportunity for locals to spot them, generating anticipation and encouraging spontaneous visits from those interested in exploring homes in the neighborhood.

Doorhangers

To maximize local engagement, we distribute around 100 door hangers in the neighborhoods where we host open houses. This thoughtful approach not only encourages neighbors to attend and provide valuable feedback but also serves as a friendly invitation for them to share the news with friends and family about a new home on the market in their vicinity.

Binders

In order to provide a seamless and informative open house experience, we compile open house binders to place at the home. These binders feature essential documents such as MLS sheets, brochures, feedback/sign-in forms, and comprehensive details like tax, HOA, seller disclosure, and surveys. Beyond serving as a valuable informational tool for attendees, these binders also enable us to collect vital information from potential buyers, fostering the opportunity to connect with them and address their real estate needs in the future.

Door-knocking

Our agents go door-knocking a few days before the open house, utilizing a specialized script we refer to as "our cup of sugar" script. This is designed to pique guests' interest and encourage attendance at our open house events, fostering a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel compelled to offer valuable feedback on our listings.
